TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Photo Orientation and Presentation

Facing Direction: All submitted photos must ensure that the vehicle is facing to the right. Photos where the vehicle is oriented otherwise will not be accepted.
Unedited Images: Submitted photos must be unaltered and unedited. Do not apply any modifications such as blurring the background or any part of the vehicle.
Complete Representation: Photos must display the entire vehicle without any part being cropped or cut off from the view.

2. Photo Quality

Resolution: All photos must be submitted in high resolution. Low-resolution images or screenshots from phones are strictly prohibited.

3. Required Information

Details Submission: Each photo must be accompanied by the following details clearly stated:
- Vehicle Brand
- Model
- Year of Manufacture
Optional Information: Submitters may choose to include their Instagram username, but this is entirely optional and at the discretion of the submitter.

4. Usage Rights and Permissions

By submitting a photo, you grant BTW (Behind the Wheels) the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, and display the photo in all media formats for promotional or other related purposes without further compensation. Ensure that you hold all necessary rights to the photo and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.
